"スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーかつ親切でホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。 早朝便だった為早めにホテルに到着し荷物を預けようとしたら、閑散期だったおかげか、既に部屋が準備できているとの事でチェックイン時間より前から部屋を使う事が出来ました。休憩したり仮眠を取ってから観光でき、一日目から有意義に過ごす事ができました。本当に助かりました、ありがとうございました。 また館内に給水機があり、水は買うと高いのでとても助かりました。 各観光地や送迎の待ち合わせ場所へのアクセスも抜群で、観光目的の方に本当におすすめです。 近くに無料の有名なプールがあるので館内のプールは利用しませんでしたが想像より小さく見えました。また徒歩圏内にモーニングから営業してるカフェが沢山あるので朝食ブュッフェは利用しませんでした。タオルの交換は毎日ではありませんでしたが、ベットメイクは毎日来ていました。"

"The staff at Oaks Cairns were absolutely lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room and great central location, walking distance to most activity meetups, great restaurants and shopping. I had an unfortunate experience at the Double Tree by Hilton and ended up needing a room last minute, even though Oaks Hotel Cairns had nothing to do with the poor experience at Double Tree Hilton, they gave me a free drink voucher to help improve my night. "We had a great stay. The area is very quiet. There's a great cafe restaurant directly across the street and the patio of the cafe faces the sea. Every Saturday there's live music from 3-6pm. The bus runs runs right in front of the complex so it's easy to get to Smithfield mall in less than 15 minutes on the 120 bus or Cairns Central Shopping Center where you can find groceries at Coles or Woolworths. "Didn't order breakfast, room clean but needs to be refurbished. Ironing board had no padding hence needed to put towel under to allow clothes to iron properly. Cost $22 to park the car. Much better places in Cairns, probably won't stay again same price or below. Bed and pillows comfortable. "
