great location

It was an "okay" hotel - nothing special. The breakfast was very basic - we would have rather had pita bread to put cheese, jam or egg on instead of pane bread.

No vayan a este lugar, no se le puede calificar ni como hostal, todos es terrible, sucio y desagradable. No puede dormir en toda la noche...pedí dos camas y era una triple, me toco la cama debajo de aire acondicionado y me mojó toda la noche, estaba tan cansada que no podía levantarme y cuando al fin desperté mi cama estaba llena de agua negra que botaba el aire. Reservé por 9 noches y solo me quedé 1. Eso lo dice todo. No vendan este sitio como un hotel, es publicidad engañosa, fraudulenta.

My stay at May Fair hotel was very convenient and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. There is a nice and big grocery store at your foot steps which is open 7:00 am to 3:00 am. If you have a car, parking is available for a very reasonable fees that is cheaper than the average of the area. Overall, great choice if you're looking fit shirt stay in Cairo for vacation or business.

For what you're paying in this area, its exactly what you should expect. That being said, it was fine. The room was clean, the bed was decently comfortable, its close to everything in Zamalek. The staff was nice and booked us cars easily. The weirdest thing is the ensuite bathroom didn't have a ceiling.
