"Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Isabella in the bar area such a lovely warm and genuine lady. Buffet food was okay, average at best. Quality of evening meal cooked options were limited and not prepared well. It had the feeling of end of season, end of effort. I have experienced better inclusive breakfast and dinner experiences at other hotels. The location is excellent, if you want to stroll into Ibiza town or Playa den Bossa."
"Overall very nice stay and the premium rooms have an amazing sea view and very close to the water actually.
Room a bit small though.
Overall staff were nice and helpful. But the manager refused us a late check out even for 1h without paying extra. It was 3 days before the hotel closes for the season so not very client focused this manager… The hotel was definitely not full. Should send him to a proper luxury hotel and learn how to get clients to come back.
Oh… and amazing massage!"
"We like this hotel as its a short walk into the old town. Its our 2nd time visiting and we would definitely stay here again. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which is a shame and we felt the continental breakfast (we didn't know this when we booked on our last day) wasn't great value but had plenty of cold options . Overall a nice comfortable stay, fridge in rooms with complimentary water, nice beds and pillows, very clean"
