The breakfast setup is a standout: beautifully organised, fresh, and offering an impressive range of hot dishes, fruit, pastries, and made‑to‑order options that make mornings feel effortless. Staff throughout the hotel are pleasant, warm, and consistently helpful, adding a relaxed friendliness that suits the quiet atmosphere. The rooms are well‑appointed, comfortable, and appropriately designed for unwinding after a day in Alcúdia Despite being close to everything, the hotel maintains a peaceful vibe, perfect for couples or anyone seeking a restful base. Overall, Grupotel Maritimo delivers a polished, enjoyable experience with great food, great people, and great comfort — a hotel that gets the important things right."

"Very resort style stay, beautiful hotel, rooms and amenities. Beach had a substantial amount of sulphur smelling seaweed. No dedicated hotel guest beach chairs along the beach. Best breakfast buffet I have experienced."

Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."

"We picked this hotel because of it's position between the beach and the strip. The position was perfect, right in the heart of the area but not loud. The hotel itself was immaculate, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Allowed in before check in time, always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the entertainment was poorly attended but this was because of the excellent site it was in with so much going on you didn't need entertainment. Pool area so relaxed and could get a bed any time of the day."
