Best Hotel ever!!!

My wife and I live here. We travel at least monthly with 2-5 night stays thru out Luzon. I had no idea the best Hotel in Luzon is in my town. We have lived in Calasiao for the last 18 months. Great NYs Eve Party. See ya next year, if not sooner.

A lovely place to visit!

It was such a lovely stay with my mother and her friends. They celebrated their 50th senior highschool reunion and everyone had so a lovely time here. We all traveled from different parts of the world to be here and the hotel did a great job of hosting everyone. The food and accommodations were amazing! Highly recommend this place to stay!

Loved the buffet breakfast! Staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive to guests! I will note that 1 of the 3 rooms booked had an odd smell. They kindly sorted the situation and changed room. This location is also close to Robinson mall where the grocery store/any other shopping you need to do is located. You can easily find tricycles also there, but we instead chose to drive. We did not have an issue with parking although it spaces can be tight the security guards in the parking lot were very quick to assist! Awesome stay!

Second time staying here while visiting family in Malasiqui. Parking can get crowded nearby, but there's overflow parking on the side area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a buffet variety along with eggs to order and can get crowded. Dinner has a buffet as well for PH 1,350 and has fresh seafood. They even have another place near the pool called the Nord Cafe. Here you can odere menu items, even some excellent Hallo-Hallo. The pool is refreshing with a couple of beds around it for relaxation. The pool also has a bar. The fitness center has some free weights along with dome macines, not bad for a hotel. The rooms are spacious and the A/C can get cold. There's complimentary water that you can get more of if you ask, same with the room coffee maker. I'll stay here again.

This is one of the worst 4 star I've stayed in, the room they gave us is so noisy nearby that it wakes you up early in the morning. Second, we ask for an iron and a board that never came. Food is fair nothing special about it. We're absolutely disgusted, unsatisfied and feel cheated for the price we paid. We'll definitely not recommended this hotel to anybody.

Property is nice and clean - however bad service trumps all that. I’ll give 2 stars for staff/service only because they acknowledged their mistakes. It seems like they need to learn how to become more welcoming. I understand that security is important but just because a person looks a certain way, doesn’t mean they should be treated anything less than human. The Philippines and its class system is so outdated and cruel. Also, the staff are always so concerned about the cost behind every service. They don’t treat you as a welcomed guest but as someone who is there to give them your money.

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful lobby, which sets the right tone when you arrive. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t fully match the first impression. Check-in took longer than expected despite having three staff at the desk, and we weren’t acknowledged right away even though we were waiting in front of them. They also required photos of our IDs, which felt outdated and concerning from a data security standpoint. Check-out was unusual too, as we had to wait for “room clearance” before being officially checked out. This might be standard for properties with frequent party guests, but it didn’t feel guest-friendly. The biggest issue was the environment. Hallways and rooms had a heavy mold smell, which made it uncomfortable to breathe. On top of that, the elevators and décor are very dated. This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location and its inviting lobby, but it really needs stronger upkeep, modernized procedures, and a sharper focus on guest experience to reach its potential.
