This hotel was fantastic value for money if you find the right deal. The hotel has spectacular views of the mountains and is set within beautiful gardens. As it is 5 minutes away from the main town it is afforded a quiet location and is brilliant for relaxing after a trip such as the inka trail, there are many options available should you wish to have a massage or should you wish to wander the grounds there is plenty of space to wander and unwind at your leisure. The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent. A personalized touch from the check in to check out. The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again. Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike. In particular we would like to thank Gustavo for his friendly & warm hospitality. Jose at the bar was great.
