We stayed at the Spazzio diRoma Hotel for just five nights, but it was an unforgettable experience. After a long journey, we arrived feeling exhausted, and the reception staff was incredibly attentive and kind, especially to my 70-year-old mother. I am Brazilian but live in the United States, and I love traveling around Brazil. For any Americans looking to explore Brazil, I highly recommend visiting Caldas Novas—a charming city known for its natural thermal waters. Spazzio diRoma is part of a chain of hotels and resorts that grants you access to a magnificent water park. The hotel’s pools are open 24 hours, which is a great perk! The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the best the city has to offer. A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel—our stay may have only been five days, but we will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

I booked the 2night/3days in hopes of using the water park. When we arrive, we are told on thursdays (day 2) the water park is closed and we should have been notified when booking or shortly after booking and asked if we wanted to alter the dates to visit the water park. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. Therefore, I am extremely upset that we could not enjoy the perfect weather in the water park. Instead we had to endure the large group of kids at the on-site pool (more like knee deep water). For those of you wanting to visit this site, BE AWARE that water park is CLOSED on Thursdays.

Atendimento da recepção. Limpeza. Porém na reserva não é comunicado que as quintas feiras o parque aquático fecha. Apenas nos informa que a hospedagem inclui acesso ao parque, mas isto não foi possível em um dos dias, o que pra mim foi ruim , já que tive que pagar pra acessar outro parque

Não tomei cafe da manhã la, mais o almoço é uma delicia, com relacao a limpeza o hotel é muito limpo, porém colocamos o trem na porta pra limparem nosso quarto e não limparam, pedi na recepção pra limparem e não foi limpo, a pessoa simplesmente só colocou as toalhas sujas que eu tinha colocado na parte de baixo, ela colocou no lugar, só tirou o lixo, em fim, não deixei isso acabar cm minha viagem...mais diroma é sempre maravilhoso..

Camas confortáveis, banheiro espaçoso, ducha excelente. Um bom café da manhã. Piscinas aquecidas, incluindo 2 ofurôs bem mais quente, o que foi muito relaxante.
