"Had a lovely stay here - sadly the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get the use the pool or loungers but we really enjoyed the impressive breakfast and beautiful surroundings. It’s a short drive to neighbouring towns and the peace was a nice contrast in the evenings. You have the option of eating at the Masseria which also makes things easier if you do not have a car."

The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. Very few restaurants on site other than snacks being offered at the bar areas at certain times with a little cafe within walking distance out of the site. "Great property, the room was so spacious, and coming from small rooms in Rome it was delightful. Giada the hotel manager was so informative and gave great recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. For breakfast, it was eggs and hot pastries made to order, along with a small buffet set up of yogurt ,fruit, cookies, and cheeses. "The set-up for the room was definitely interesting. Right at the front entrance there's a landing area to put your bags and a little coffee counter, and the bathroom. The bedroom was up a very narrow set of circular stairs. The quarters were set up nicely considering the vertical layout, but we found it a bit tight. "The hotel had a good sized free carpark with gates .and was very near the restaurants and bars in town, so no need to move the car in the evening. The welcome was warm, the room was small but clean. The breakfast had good pastries, but the protein items were always a bit repaid and the juice was squash. We ate dinner one night which was very good."
