From the moment we walked into reception till leaving early morning check out a week later, every single member of staff was friendly and extremely polite and couldn’t do enough for us without being in your face. We were on half board and all the food was well presented and tasty.

Had a 4 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and light and airy. It's a small and quiet hotel, which is what we wanted, but you are 5 minute walk from the beach, shops and bars. The food was nice as an all inclusive, always had a pasta choice, meat, fish, selection of salads and potatoes/ chips and rice. Drinks were ok, they don't have proper fruit juice, either at breakfast or for the cocktails, so they weren't the best, solved the problem by drinking sangria, which was lovely and full of fruit! Overall, would recommend and looking at staying again next year, it's perfect for a quiet break.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel. The Food was very nice, staff super friendly, Hotel/pool area and other guests quiet and pleasent. Only downside - if any - the room we had was a bit noisy, you could hear the talks from our guests on the hallway relatively clear. All in all we had a very nice time and would visit again!

Doesn't have conditioner for hair for room. I asked about how to get from airport still waiting for a reply. Today I was given a late checkout of half an hour despite doing not disturb sign on door cleaner still let herself in. Pool towels leave fluff on everything

I got to the hotel and the room was a mess. They didn't clean after the previous guests. The hotel's workers probably tried to fix something in the bathroom, and left a messy floor and a screwdriver. There was also sand on the bed, beer in the bathroom and no towels. When I told it to the guys in the reception they offered me to drive 15 minutes to another hotel from the same chain, and get a room there. Obvious to say I won't be back to such hotel.

O hotel já precisa de umas obras. Havia portas já a desfazer se..A varanda não tem privacidade nenhuma uma vez que se pode passar de uma varanda para outra. No pequeno almoço falta coisas. Por vezes a máquina não tinha descafeinado, apenas saia água. O quarto tem pouco espaço de passagem para o outro lado da cama. O staff é simpático. Não tem estacionamento. A tv tem poucos canais e a maioria são alemães. De todo não tem qualidade para ser considerado dd 4 estrelas.

Das Hotel an sich ist sauber und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück und Abendessen hat uns gut gefallen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Lautstärke in den Zimmern. Es war sehr hellhörig. Einen Morgen wurde ich von einem sich übergebenden Engländer geweckt. Das hörte sich an, als ob er sich direkt neben meinen Bett sich erleichterte. Ja, und jetzt das große Problem. Die lieben Nachbarn von der Insel… Das Hotel ist klein und auf Pärchen ausgelegt. Da stören natürlich extrem Personen, die sich tagsüber voll laufen lassen und kein Ende kennen. Selbst als der Pool geschlossen war, wurde dort weiter gefeiert. Da wir immer im Freien das Abendbrot zu uns genommen haben, war dieser Zustand natürlich nicht wirklich bekömmlich. Leider hielt das Personal des Hotels es nicht für nötig, die Feiernden in ihre Schranken zu verweisen. Dieser Zustand verdarb uns den sonst guten Eindruck.

Grundsätzlich ist das alles eher drei Sterne. Das Essen ist extrem auf Engländer ausgerichtet. In Spanien hätte ich erwartet, dass es auch mal einen Serrano oder ordentliche Churros gibt. Das Abendessen war auch nicht unsere, so sehr, dass wir nur einmal dort gegessen haben und dann auswärts waren. Hauptproblem aber war die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer: Verschimmelt und quasi ohne Funktion. Jeden Tag habe ich an der Rezeption um Reinigung und Reparatur gebeten, es hat bis zum Schluss nichts gebracht.

Fint hotel med bra läge, nära till strand och restauranger. Fräsch pool och trevlig personal. Frukostbuffen var bra och varitionsrik. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Lage war perfekt, nah genug am Strand und der Innenstadt, jedoch trotzdem genug Distanz um genug Ruhe zu gewährleisten. Das Buffet beim Frühstück und Abendessen hatte eine sehr große Auswahl, sodass immer etwas für jeden dabei war. Die Qualität vom Essen war auch gut. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel ROC Oberoy und würden es genau so wieder machen.
