"I was given a room that had people occupying it. Then I want to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the unit. I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone was consistently busy I believe it was after hours. And I could not get the internet access. The next morning I want to take a shower turned on the bathtub pulled the plunger to activate the shower and the plunger came out of the faucet. I was not able to take a shower... It would be the lowest ranking I can give you is one star.... I traveled the United States as an insurance adjuster and this by far was the worst day I have ever had! "

"Our room was clean, but very dingy and old. Water stains everywhere with wallpaper peeling off the walls. The breakfast was also not great."

"The only thing was the toilets in the handicap rooms were very low and hard to get off of if you are handicap."

"We stayed at this hotel for a concert at Notre Dame! It was a great choice! The hotel was very clean with very comfy beds! It’s in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants! The staff was great! "

"The property was well maintained and clean. The was a good variety for the breakfast buffett. It’s in a good location with several restaurants and shopping within a few minutes. Had a couple of issues. We requested a crib as we were traveling with a 9 month old. When it finally got delivered it was just the crib itself, when went to inquire about the mattress they offered a small stack of blankets as a substitute. We experienced a tornado watch, in which the staff had no idea if there was a shelter or a plan in place if the need arose. A cautionary warning, the bathtubs had no texture or bath mats, causing the tub to be slippery. Thus resulting in someone in our party to slip and get a concussion. And when notified the front desk staff, they made no attempt to inquiry as to the well being of the individual. "

"Wonderful staff, great parking, spacious room, delicious and a varied menu for breakfast, great value, excellent location. I will be making a point to use this location again when I make this trip in the future. "
