"We had the pleasure of staying in 2 different TroBee Nha Trang Oceanus Condos during our trip to Nha Trang during our 4 night stay Feb 13-17/20. "I liked the sea view from the apartment, the layout and style, but the reception is very poor, the elevators /lifts are so long and so hot inside, the hallways to the room are also hot and stuffy, no fans no air. There was a musty smell inside the unit when first come in because they don’t keep the air conditioner on, it runs only when you insert your key card in the slot to turn the power on for the whole unit. The bathroom has a toilet next to the shower, no separation between the shower and...

"The property itself is excellent. Customer service is top notch. The area, however, hasn’t developed enough so it’s inconvenient to find transportation or food delivery services. It might have been the low tourist time so the pool was not available completely (some parts were in repair/clean up for a longtime). Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
