"Average for free breakfast bar"

"The rooms are outdated no effort has been made to repair or upgrade the basics. I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had no hot water the shower flow was a stream with no pressure. The second room had bugs when I told the front desk she told me Ohio is known for stink bugs it is April this is known for in cold winter months. But I think that is not an acceptable reason they should do better. They did move me rooms but it was no upgrade we settled it was late and it was 1 night and unfortunately we won't be returning"

"Upon arrival, we came into the parking lot full of trash. To go boxes and contact lenss cases all over parking lot, one space in particular. Bags and trash all over parking lot. Check in staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Went to our room to find our trash can full of SOMEONE ELSES TRASH! GROSS!!! That was extremely disappointing. This made the entire room feel dirty. The shower handle plate moves with the handle. It is very difficult to make it work moving with the plate. Upon check out, I told staff I wanted to check out. She took my card, set it down, without looking up, said “thanks” and carried on about her day. I paid quite a bit of money for my stay. I expected to have a really nice stay. I have better experiences and cleaner rooms at eco inns. That’s extreme. I will not be returning to this location. I am very disappointed with my stay."
