They have an automated “guest hub” where you can find useful info about location, check-in (you will receive a code for all the doors one hour before check-in) and check-out. "Estuvimos en casa Ramon.El apartamento es correcto y la zona también.Aun así hay puntos negativos que quiero recalcar y que Fidel los paso por alto...el apartamento está demasiado cerca de la carretera,la primera noche estuvimos sin aqua caliente,el microondas no funcionaba,y en la segunda noche estuvimos sin luz toda la noche porque saltaba el general y Fidel no se molestó ni en contestar,no pudimos cargar ni los mobiles."

The impression is that they want to charge for almost everything (Pool access, electricity, even the breakfast when according to our booking it was included), the studio was very small and you slept with the sound of the refrigerator next to you. COVID measures where not at 100% I would say. Staff was very nice and helpful but personally I wouldn’t choose it again."
