"We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

"Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse."

"According to the advert, the apartment should have been ready for check-in at 3 PM. We arrived exactly at 3, called the owner, and were told “10 minutes.” In reality, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the heat before a cleaning lady let us in and the apartment was still not ready. She was still washing, changing bedding, and drying bedsheets while we were there. The biggest issue, however, was the electricity. During our 48-hour stay, the power went out several times, adding up to around 4...

"The property smells of rotten fish because of the restaurant below. Expedia won’t give you a refund and neither will the owner if you don’t want to stay there for this reason. There were also stains on the sheets and floors and surfaces dirty. Vendor offered to have us picked up from the airport for a fee but nobody showed up. "
