"We had an amazing experience. From the young man at the front desk when we checked in, the easy check in process, the views, the clean room...I could go on forever. We had a small issue with our room where there was no power on one side but it was fixed in less than 10 minutes and it was only because room service had mistakenly unplugged something. We will definitely stay again, and may only chose this hotel in the future. Oh, and did I mention the restaurant! Food and service was EVERYTHING! "

"Window shade was broken but they replaced it promptly. Hotel interior is quiet but it is in the flight path for National Airport so there is airplane noise. Stop distributing plastic water bottles! Unnecessary trash generators."

"Clean room but sadly not enough blankets even when we asked staff they said no air conditioning is abit cold even when u put the heater staff did not greet me as much which sorta made me feel abit well just weird since we are staying here and not a hello feels weird but other than that everything is good.
