We stayed at the Intercity Hotel for two nights. Check-in was smooth, and our triple room was spacious with comfortable beds. However, the blankets felt old and rough, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good but the lunch at the restaurant was very disappointing and very limited options. The swimming pool was fun for the kids. Not a great stay, a few improvements to the rooms and restaurant would make the experience better.

Room clean, not too expensive but a bit old and shabby by some aspects. Slippers, coffee machine, boiler and tissues should be a standard for this kind of hotel. And it's not the case here. Swimming pool is tiny. Surroundings are really poor and crap. Almost nobody speaks english here, which was a first for me. The dining service is lame, it takes ages, many things at the menu are not available. In a nushell, don't dine here. Breakfast is more than correct

Café da manhã, esperei mais de 20 minutos por uma mesa, tive que sentar em uma toda suja, ninguém limpou apesar de inúmeros pedido. Não havia reposição. Estacionamento péssimo! Funcionário mal humorado, me fez esperar muito tempo para registrar minha entrada.

Ficamos em 4 pessoas em 2 apartamentos do primeiro andar. Equipe no geral atenciosa e prestariva. Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho, porém em péssimo estado de conservação, com evidentes sinais de desgaste e urgente necessidade de manutenção, como azulejos velhos, rejunte mofado e desgastado, base das camas descascando. E, em pleno inverno não havia cobertas ou edredon no quarto. Como chegamos tarde e cansados acabamos vestindo um agasalho e dormindo. Nao sei se alguns apartamentos já foram renovados mas os nossos deveriam estar fora de uso até serem reformados. Acho um desrespeito sermos hispedados nessas condições. Nao volto e não recomendo.
