We had an excellent stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and kept very clean. For breakfast there are plenty of options. The in house restaurant is very good too. Highly recommend.

I travel a lot and read reviews to chose a hotel . I wish someone had written the truth about this hotel, it’s definitely not a 4 stars maybe a 2 stars . Nice pool but that’s about it . Understaffed nobody to help w luggage no restaurant open for dinner in an area not walkable w no restaurants . No room service and very basic rooms with no comfort . Nothing matches the description but the pool and it’s a hotel strategically located for a one night before an international flight . Terrible choice .

Os quartos precisam de uma manutenção melhor, o café eeveeia ser bem melhor tb e o estacionamento deveria ser gratuito. A piscina é uma delicia, bases das cadeiras da piscina precisam de uma melhoria na limpeza.

Ficamos em uma suite que necessitava de reparos na parede atras da cama que apresentava muitos sinais de vazamento , pedi um quarto onde não houvesse a possibilidade de haver cheiro de mofo pois meu esposo stem rinite, apesar de verificar que houve um grande vazamento o quarto não tinha cheiro de mofo entao permanecemos no mesmo! Os funcionários sao muito simpáticos e solicitos! Um cafe da manhã muito bom! Tudo fresquinho!

Lugar legal, piscina grande e climatizada, a unica coisa que atrapalhou um pouco foi estar vazia (tinha 6 pessoas) o bar da piscina estava fechado e para pedir algo tinha que ir no bar interno e um pouco pior tem uma convenção e alem do barulho nos intervalos ficava mais de 50 pessoas olhando para a piscina , e chato isso e devia ter ali algum tipo de bloqueio. Agora uma grande vantagem que tinha visto em comentario no outro aplicativo de viagem e estranhamente eles não colocam como um atrativo e o CARREGADOR DE CARRO ELETRICO, isso para mim e uma das 1a coisa que procuro mais que a piscina e tenho certeza que o valor gasto para aclimatar a piscina no sabado para apenas 6 pessoas usarem foi infinitamente menor do que gastei na recarga ou que eles gastam com o aparelho..etc Isso além de uma comodidade a que tem esse tipo de carro (que aumenta a frota a cada dia) e tb algo que aumenta a ecossustabilidade do empreendimento por isso dei 5 estrelas tb nesse quesito. Espero voltar mais vezes.

Excelente, pet friendly o que eu valorizo muito. Na primeira noite não conseguimos dormir porque o ar condicionado estava fazendo barulho demais, mas após falar na recepção na manhã seguinte, enviaram uma pessoa para verificar e o rapaz disse que como tinham desmontado para limpeza recentemente pré carnaval, alguma peça deve ter ficado mal colocada ao remontarem. De fato o ar não fez mais nenhum barulho até o final da estadia. Café da manhã bom e ambientes sempre muito limpos. A academia do hotel é sensacional! Espaço de lazer muito bom com piscina e quadras. Excelente!

Quarto grande e confortável. Cama boa, banheiro grande, bem limpinho. Mas toalhas e amenities que deixam a desejar. Café da manhã poderia ser mais bem cuidado: ter mais variedades de frios, ter troca mais rápida de sucos e os pães mais frescos (o pão de queijo não tinha queijo e estava meio duro)
