O hotel tem alguns detalhes que desagradam no quarto, ar condicionado de parede muito barulhento, TV com poucos canais e sintonia ruim na maioria deles, internet fraca e falha muito. No entanto, os funcionários são cordiais, o hotel é limpo e a localização muito boa para minhas atividades, são pontos importantes em minha estadia lá.

Os funcionários são simpáticos, porém a gestão do hotel é extremamente deficiente. O café da manhã é fraco, sem reposição adequada, pouca variedade e sem sabor. Mesmo solicitando a limpeza do quarto, o serviço não foi realizado. O ar-condicionado não gela e faz muito barulho, comprometendo o descanso. Quanto à cama, o desconforto é tão grande que dormir no chão seria uma alternativa melhor. Nunca mais volto a esse lugar e não recomendo a ninguém.

Foi entregue a chave do apartamento quando subimos nos deparamos com a camareira limpando o quarto ela se assustou com a nossa chegada e disse que estava finalizando, esperamos uns 15 minutos pra ela terminar - o ar condicionado e antigo barulhento e não gela com eficiência, o frigobar não é abastecido e tinha um vazamento na pia do banheiro que molhava o quarto todo

Quarto confortável, espaçoso. Apesar de estar ao lado da rodovia, não se escuta nenhum barulho externo. Roupas de cama limpas, limpeza do quarto excelente. Dois pontos que deixaram a desejar foi o ar condicionado ser antigo e não funcionar bem e o café da manhã ser pobre em opções. Atendentes super atenciosos. Também gostamos por servir almoço e jantar.
