Amazing hotel! Just missing a private pool, other than that service, cleanness, atmosphere, the bar, the restaurant, all wonderful! My favorite employee not questioned was Helder, what a great bartender, hard worker, he deserves a raise :) Also the Manager Rogerio, so professional and courteous, really nice. The front desk people always smiling happy to help, Julia was so nice and helpful. Room always clean and comfy. Perfect location inside the mall, the best mall in São josé dos campos. I could go on and on talking good things about this hotel. The only thing I missed was a pool, on the rooftop would make absolutely perfect, but I will go back, if I don't stay there I will go to the bar to hangout with the best bartender Helder, Amir was pretty good too!
