"Didn’t get the type room we booked. Food was just ok, not much variety and limited time to eat. Mixed drinks were very bad. No air conditioned area to eat. Pool was nice, good location. Had an excellent spa package at a great price. Would go back just to use the spa and not stay."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr gut mit grossen Unterhaltungsangeboten und vielen Bars sowie Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Was gar nicht gut war ist das Vorgehen am Strand. Kein Personal dass die Reservationen def Liegestühle überwacht. Sehr viele Touristen aus dem Osten haben zu 2 bis zu 8 Liegen reserviert, das geht garnicht. Da war überhaupt keine kontrolle"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I’m having a wonderful experience! 😍 The views from the room are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning and enjoying such beautiful scenery makes the stay even more special. The hotel is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a fantastic holiday.
I would especially like to thank Anna, the receptionist! ❤️ She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Her professionalism, warm smile, and genuine care for guests...

"Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel with a great beach and pool. Excellent food, especially during Turkish nights, and delicious desserts and coffee! Everything is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the birthday surprise and all the little details for guests.
The only downside is smoking everywhere with no designated non-smoking areas. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend."

"We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We were using wet towels for three days. One day only some one took our trash and took our card from the room. Soap was out and we told the receptionist once but no one refilled the soap dispensers. Looks like they were very understaffed but everyone seems nice and smiling."

"As a traveler from North America (Canada) who stayed at Rose Garden Premium for a three-country family reunion, here is my perspective:
The property’s size is its advantage. You simply have fewer people in the restaurant, pool, beach, lobby compared to larger hotels. Complete absence of water slides make this place unattractive to young families with screaming children, making for a quieter, more relaxing stay.
Staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property.
The food is EXTREMELY...
