"Amazing views!! The place was small with very little amenities. Was very clean and The staff was amazing. Missed the Northern lights unfortunately because the weather turned rainy and cloudy. Restaurant had amazing food ."

"Katastrophales Hotel, mit Ausnahme des Personals. Es beginnt damit, dass nirgends erwähnt wird, dass rund um das Hotel herum fast der gesamte Wald am See und auf sämtlichen Hügeln abgebrannt ist. Auf den Fotos ist nichts davon ersichtlich, was sehr irreführend ist und eine Verarschung der Kunden darstellt. Die Zimmer sind leicht renoviert, entsprechen aber weiterhin bei Weitem nicht dem Standard, der für diesen (überrissenen) Preis geboten werden müsste. Man hört alles aus den benachbarten...

"I had high expectations of this hotel since it was expensive ($1,762.00 per night) It was beautiful looking property but when I stepped into the room I was very disappointed at how small the room was. There were no space to open my luggage on the floor. It’s about half the size of standard hotel room. Staffs were proud of their property so no appreciation of guests. Not worth the money spent and I’ll never stay with Fairmont again Room and bathroom were clean."

"Try to avoid the ground floor if you can. Otherwise you will have the curtain closed all the time to maintain your room’s privacy- there will be people walking outside towards the hot tubs all the time."
