This hotel is so run-down. Curtains in my room were cover in black mold, elevators were out of order. I dont know how this hotel is 5 stars. But this was by far the worst hotel i stayed at during my whole trip to bali.

Citadines Berawa Beach Bali Resort
The staff were pleasant and polite. Housekeeping was a daily routine. The restaurants serve beautiful cuisines and at affordable prices. Would definitely book here again for my next trip to Cancun.

This hotel is one of my favourites…the rooms are top shelf …awesome location and quiet…great pool area and amenities but it is the staff that bring it home …kind thoughtful and attentive
