"This is NOT a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. At best, this is a 3 star hotel. The condition and general upkeep of the hotel is very poor and there is a lot of maintenance required to bring it up to even a 4 star standard. We paid for a 5 star hotel and definitely did not get that. ..."
