"We appreciated the clean room, the comfortable bed, the location, and the pool/hot tub. We were quite disappointed with the breakfast; one staff working and almost every item was empty (8:30-9:00); juice cups, eggs, syrup, oatmeal, baked items, hot chocolate packets, and the tables that were empty were al dirty. It is always frustrating when kids are slowed to serve themselves and don’t clean up their mess as I took empty waffle cups, paper plates that were left by the waffle maker and threw them in the trash. Such a mess. When I had to ask for a juice cup, I mentioned to the lady working that we sit have come at a busy time and her response was, I’m just trying to catch my breath”! Perhaps a second person to help the breakfast rush would be a good thing. "

"We like to usually come out here on a random weekday just to get away for a bit. We stayed in the eagle tower couple months ago didn’t have a good experience. But this time we stayed in the new buffalo towers after the remodel & it was very great! We loved it this time around, will continue to come out & enjoy ourselves. "
