"I was disappointed; I thought I booked a room with two queen beds, but they gave us two full sized beds. The beds were so small."

"Pros: the beds and bedding are soft, the rooms are large. The drink voucher thing is cool and the restaurant has a decent breakfast though insanely pricey. Cons: The staff made it a complete nuisance that I wanted to extend my stay by a day, making it literally impossible to do so! Extremely frustrating. The pool is about the size of a hot tub and has a ton of pool toys, but it literally anyone else is using it there’s no space."

"A unique and delightful Seattle experience! Let's get one thing out of the way: there is no parking. So transit in or pay for an efficient valet service. But after that, everything is classic, delightful. From the front courtyard with music and food on the summer day I was there, to the classic rooms. Everything clean and well kept. "The valet staff were very welcoming, the room was ready upon our arrival, and the rooms are well-maintained and very comfortable. We did have some noise issues while we’re there ie noise between guest rooms which took too long to get resolved. Overall nice hotel"

"Great location and clean well furnished rooms. I prefer rooms with a more updated clean look which this has. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to all bus stops, and food locations. Bakery and pizza place across Dahlia Bakery and Serious Pie was good food and ate there twice."

"The cleaning staff were very unprofessional. They would ride up and down the elevator talking very loud to each other in a foreign language. I had one cleaning lady stop the elevator jump in push different buttons and then jump off because her cleaning friend was on the elevator. I yelled at her as she jumped off only to have her yell back in her foreign language. The cleaning staff were very disrespectful."
