"The over night clerk when we checked in the 13th of September was amazing. She had a great personality and was a delight to speak with after hours on the road."
"When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property.
The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool.
They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty."
