"Suite à une erreur lors de ma réservation l’hôtel a demandé un supplément de 50€ par nuit car nous étions deux. Le tarif était pourtant strictement le même pour 1 ou 2 personnes sur hôtel.com. Par ailleurs le SPA était visiblement fermé alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ce critère. Pas de wifi fonctionnelle non plus. "

"Sono già stata ad Aquapetra in passato e proprio per questo ho deciso di tornarci con aspettative alte. Location splendida, cibo eccellente e spa bella. Purtroppo il servizio fiori in camera è stato una grande delusione. Per 50€ sono arrivate tre rose rosse e un girasole visibilmente appassiti, senza alcuna cura o presentazione. Era una sorpresa per il 40° compleanno del mio fidanzato. Al check-out ho mostrato sia i fiori sia la foto scattata appena entrata in suite, ma non c’è stata alcuna...

"We had a lovely two day stay in the Terrazzo apartment at the Al Centro Luxury Home in Caserta from March 17-March 19, 2026. Signore Damiano was very kind and gracious, breakfast was delicious, and the views from the spacious terrazzo were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals. The locations within the city was perfect and we found Caserta to be lovely. Grazie mille Signore Damiano. Anthony and Sally "

"The accommodation was spotlessly clean, really spacious, and with a comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and had two balconies with good views. The host was just as wonderful, always available if needed and went out of her way to make us feel at home and bringing breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely recommend."

"First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. Single rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom very good. Limited options for dinner in the hotel but quality very good. Staff helpful and overall impression improved a lot after a 4 night stay. "
