The staff was the best part. Very friendly. Helpful. The hotel needs major renovating. The room was dirty. The pool AC was broken but they had fans running. The hot top broken with caution tape around it.

The hotel needs updated caution tape everywhere hot tub didn’t work. We were there for a half hour and checked out the icing on the cake was when I went to the restroom wash my hands got a clean towel that I thought was clean to dry my hands with, and it was soaking wet. The bathtub was disgusting and even had a hanger in the drain for some reason the staff was friendly and nice though. but did not refund my money.

Overall bad stay

Room although they tried to update it - it was still very bad … tub was stained furniture old and floors relit forgery and grimy .. walking down entrance it is very noticeable the floors being dirty … in defense to hotel look like some construction … but overall not worth the price … room ac didn’t work well refrigerator didn’t work cable work in one room not other in suite room was extremely warm bring a fan ….

Unfortunately our stay here was not one that would bring me back. Our room had stains on the bed as well someone else's hair in the sheets. We asked for a new room and were given one, but the door was semi-broken, causing the deadbolt to not be able to lock. We also had to go up and down from the 3rd floor to the front desk several times due to either an issue with the room or an issue with the key cards. Once we got our new room, there were still stains on the bedspread and dark brown hairs in one of the pillows (neither of us have dark brown hair. We saw it later as we were getting ready for bed and pulled the pillow in front of it out if the way). The toilet had some clearly unscrubbed parts with yellow residue and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned all the way to the edges. I do want to say that the staff we talked with was very friendly and accommodating. Our issues are more with whoever is maintaining the hygiene of the rooms. I think this hotel could be a very nice stay for the price if these hygienic details were paid more attention to.

Mold! Absolutely horrible! The mini frig leaks causing the carpet on the floor to mold. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and when looked under the sink, there was more mold, black mold! The sower drain was slow/clogged. The tv remote was sticky, the curtains would not close. We could not get out of there fast enough! Surprised the Board of Health doesn’t close the place down. Beware-don’t stay

This place was just ok. I can’t say I would stay here again. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom looked new at first glance but once getting in, it was just partially redone. Breakfast room was tiny. Cleaners were just wearing regular clothes and you couldn’t tell if they were actual cleaners or just someone looking to get into your room. The elevators are tiny and older. It’s ok for a quick stay but I would not stay for an extended period of time longer than one night.

Mixed bag, great staff, poor property

I need to start off by praising the staff! I had nothing but friendly interactions with them and we even ended up leaving some items in the room which they helped us get back. These people prevented this stay from being awful. That aside, the property and room sucked so bad for the price. I get that its near the HOF but I am just trying to stay in Canton for the night. 150+ dollars for a room that echoed everything going on in the hallway, a shower that did not drain, fixtures that the caulking could not hold in place anymore, and a cheap small option breakfast to boot.

Lipstick on a pig - 0 stars.

Under construction not in listing, clearly a flip (lipstick on a pig) staff except one was indifferent and unhelpful. No placard in room, bathroom was remodeled but paint on floor, vent filthy, no hair dryer, no tissues, one roll of tp, tv remote didn't work, light outside door flickered when door opened/shut, phone or plugged in and had old numbers on it....this was not the first hotel we stayed in under construction, but experience was significantly different, first such experience staff bent over backwards to make up for inconvenience, staff here was indifferent less one lady who was being run ragged. Upon checkout wasn't asked how our stay was. Skipped breakfast based on cleanliness. I would never stay here again.

The room was nice after we finally got in. Key mix up. Bed was comfy and clean. Shower was great it had shampoo and conditioner in the shower for our convenience. However, there were no little soaps for hand washing or little cups to take medicine beside the sink. Breakfast was filling.
