"This is a large but charming hotel not far from the Denali national park. There are a few onsite restaurant options and many picnic tables in the “miner’s camp.” Even though there are many buildings, the layout is such that it feels like it is a smaller place. There are things for children to do as well as entertainment for adults. There are no refrigerators in the room, but there are nearby ice dispensers. Although we drove ourselves, there seemed to be shuttle service to park and other adventures. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had a great stay at Cantwell Cabin. It's a cute little cabin in a very convenient location, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The cabin comfortably accommodated our group of four and was a perfect place to relax and sleep after a day of adventures. Cynthia was very helpful, responsive, and made the stay easy and enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was that the restroom and shower facilities are located in the main hotel building, so you need to walk over to use them. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, cozy place to stay in Cantwell."

"Great hotel. Large, clean rooms with balconies. Restaurant is wonderful. So glad we stayed south of the park. There are more lodgings north of the park, but it is very crowded and touristy. I awoke at 1am and saw moose outside my window."
