"Breakfast was good. The guest were so loud. Dogs barking all through the night. People slamming doors and talking loudly up and down the halls. The rooms were not very sounds proof. The shampoo and conditioner was awful. But overall a good hotel. I think the cliental was bad while I was there. I would choose another place if I pass through Amarillo."

"We were traveling across states to get here, and we’re getting here pretty late. Staff did an excellent job of having everything ready for when we arrived check in was smooth and were able to rest right away. Location is great and breakfast and ammenties are great for families"

"Th elevator was broken and I needed to lug my suitcase up to the third floor. They offered to cancel my reservation “at no cost”. I had just finished driving 10 hours and was not going to search for another place to stay. The pool was broken and the place was pretty run down. Relatively clean given the state of the hotel."

"I visited his hotel a few years ago while it was undergoing upgrades. I am very pleased with the results! The hotel feels a lot cleaner than it used to. The breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely return. The small gym room they used to have is gone. There was no elevator so you had to use stairs to take your luggage upstairs. The hallways on the second floor was a little messy, someone must have made the mess before we got there. The entrance near the pool is a little "sus" feeling."
