"the level of noise in the hotel after midnight is not acceptable. many residents are active till early morning. drinking, loughing, having sex, walking and slamming doors all night. the noise was coming from at least 3 rooms nearby and from a higher floor. it became ok only closer to 5am. i messaged reception at 2am and no one responded even in the morning. tbh I have not expected much: the guy on the reception was not the type who is capable of any kind of enforcement. the cherry on top is...

"We liked the hotel a lot. Very cute hotel in the middle of a shopping/bar area. Though we only spoke a few times, the staff was really helpful. The room was comfortable to begin, but it never got cool in there. The room also smelled like mildew and the thermostat kept reading 100% humidity (I believe it).
