Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for a mini vacation, very close to the boardwalk and beach. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Great spot!

They saved our family vacation when our original hotel overbooked the date and walked us the day we were to check in. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

2nd year staying there, very close to the boardwalk and beach. Rooms need updating (I've heard that was happening when the season ends) but the beds were comfortable and rooms are clean. Staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

We LOVED staying here. It's a block from the boardwalk. The manager was very helpful when my 1 yr old granddaughter locked herself in the bathroom. The pool is a nice size for everyone to use. We'll be back if I can convince my family to go to east coast again.

Old motel with new life and GREAT service

Our family rented two rooms for four days. The location simply can’t be beat and the vibe is very family friendly. The hotel itself is OLD, and it’s right near the beach, so there’s some dampness, etc. However, since ownership changed in 2023, this motel is a labor of love! The staff was excellent in every way. We had an issue with our shower and maintenance fixed it immediately, while Maria Christina offered to let us use the dryer at no charge and refreshed all our towels. When we checked out on our last day, she let us keep our parking spaces while we enjoyed the beach for a few extra hours. The service is what puts this place over the top. We felt like family while we were there and we’ll be coming back!

Dirty n had a musty stale smell. They need to upgrade. Old dirty curtains on front n bedroom windows. The shower curtain didn’t fit properly n was torn. Tub was disgusting. The rugs were all stained and gross looking. Could not wait to leave. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Smaller than it looks in the pics. Needs updated decor and bedding. First night had loud guests talking and smoking weed till early morning hours. Odor carried into our apt. Nice manager said next time let him know and He would try to find who was smoking but there’s not much he can do since it’s legal in NJ And cops won’t do anything. Wanted to leave after first night but had already paid for two nights but second night was better. Convenient to beach And pull right outside of our room but should be open till at least 8 PM instead of 7p. Probably won’t stay again.

My stay was very short lived but long enough to go in the room with my children and experience the musty smell. The lady at the desk was rude from the time I had made several calls before our stay to the time we checked in. The lady made you feel like you were a bother and did not give you that sense that they appreciate your interest in the hotel. I was met with several roadblocks not from directly but from booking my stay, and she was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I will never be back nor would I recommend this place to my family and friends.

The Hotel was clean, except when we opened the sofa bed it was full of mice poop and there was a 1/2 eaten hotdog between the mattress. Other reviews said it was 2 blocks, 1 block or a 1/2 block from.the board walk. Truth be told its 2 blocks. Still not a bad walk. For the most part we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, will stay again.

The property is no longer called The Panoramic, it’s called the Beach House. The exterior and pool are lovely. The room is clean and mostly updated. The bathroom is clean, but out dated and the tub had trouble draining. The staff were very nice and professional.
