We had a terrible experience in this "hotel". We have now been waiting for half a year for the promised refund and are being ignored. When we checked into our room, we noticed that the electricity did not work. We received another room for the night, but it was dirty (bed, floor, pool). But then the fun really began. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, there were many strangers (apparently invited by another guest) in the building. There are no staff members of the hotel there overnight, so we felt very unsafe. They held a big party in the building all night and used nitrous oxide and other drugs. The pictures speak for themselves... we were incredibly scared and were already writing via WhatsApp with an emergency contact. No one wanted to come over, allegedly the guest had been "spoken to". When the fire alarm suddenly went off, the party guests fled in panic, leaving behind an extreme amount of dirt and chaos. We were standing on the street at night, and the fire alarm was not turned off. Eventually, someone from the Tactical Respond Unit came by because they heard the fire alarm and saw us on the street. No one from the hotel came by the entire night. After the fire alarm was turned off (BY ANOTHER HOTEL GUEST) after more than an hour, we immediately booked a new hotel because we did not feel safe at all and no one wanted to help us. The 'manager' Pamela promised us a refund. Until today, despite multiple reminders: nothing. Terrible..
