"The housekeeping were wonderful & had fun teaching me a few Africans. The Dining staff were always there. The tour guides we friendly with great senses of humor.
The food was a very good quality and tasty. As someone who is dairy free they had good variety of non-dairy milks, but a lot of food had dairy and as far as gluten-free my options were very limited."

"The tent is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The Wi-Fi is really poor. Bit disappointed that there is no welcome food hamper, particularly as the shop closes at 5pm and the on site restaurant didnât open. The hot tub was full of murky water and there wasnât enough wood for the fire and the hot tub. Felt it was a little expensive. "

"Truly amazing! Beautiful room, views and pool area. The food in the restaurant was splendid. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car. But other than that it was perfect."

"We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning .
