"Good place for a one night before early morning flight. No frills but nice and clean."

"We stayed there at the end of our trip because it is close to the Milan airport and they have shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It has a restaurant with delicious food. We booked the family room and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The staff is professional and friendly."

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and...

"What a terrible night at the Moxy in Linate on April 11, 2026. We were coming from South America and planned to rest in Milan before continuing our trip to Southeast Asia. We chose the Moxy because of its proximity to the airport, a big mistake. The room temperature was constantly around 27 degrees Celsius (81 degrees Fahrenheit). The air conditioning wasn't working; the entire system was off because, supposedly, it's forbidden to turn it on at this time of year. The receptionist, apologetic and...

"We booked for people. The room was extremely crowded and tight; possibly unsafe due to how tight it was with such small and tight space. Disappointed that in a trendy place like Milan, the hotel bar did not know how to make a whisky drink, or when explained - they said the ingredients were not available. The gym was small and tight; minimal equipment and the multifunction equipment was broken. The building and room was beautiful and very clean though."

"The staff were very nice and acommodating with allowing for late check in and early check out, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Transportation however is difficult to obtain if you do not plan around their shuttles. It is around a 12-14 minute walk to the metro which is not bad but other than that, central Milan is not that close without a form of transport."

"I spent a long time researching a suitable central hotel for a stopover in Milan and get a bit obsessive with bad reviews! This hotel was in a great location a short walk from duomo milano piazza. The room was spacious, modern and clean, check in and out simple and quick with attentive staff. Breakfast had all the choices and was very nice, a pleasant stay and we would return. "
