"Really beautiful place. It’s a historic building that has been lovingly restored by the owner. Great water pressure. The owner and his partner were very friendly and sent us recommendations even though we only stayed one night. Messina is gorgeous so we’ll go back. And hopefully we can stay at this property again "

"We loved our stay! The place was so quiet and comfortable. Everything was so clean. Fabio and his staff work very hard to give you the best experience. So kind. The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place. "

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful.
