"Rooms need to be updated"

"From the moment we stepped into the lobby, everything was clean and smelled so nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The elevator was on the fritz so we had to use the stairs, not a big deal if you don't need to make too many trips to your car. The room itself was extremely clean. My only complaints were the super bright parking lot lights streaming into the room. The curtains did little to keep out the light. Love them for safety outside but not really easy to sleep. "Our room was located on the third floor near construction, and during the day the construction noise was loud and we were not told in advance that this was taking place. Our bathroom was disgusting. It was dirty, there was hair and dirt all over the floor, hair in and around the bathtub. There were red spotted stains on the bottom of shower curtain that looked like blood stains.
