"My reservation was for a suite. What I was placed in was what I assume was a handicap room. All dated furnishings pressed against the walls and a box fan running next to the TV. I unpacked, turned on the the AC and went to draw a bath. Surprised, there was no tub. Just a large shower with a shower curtain 8 inches from the ground. I took a short shower as there was no way to keep the water from escaping the shower. I dried the floor only to have the white towels become brown and black due to something that was left previously on the floor. Upon getting dressed the room seemed exceptionally warm. AC wasn’t functioning, hence the box fan I assumed. I opened the two windows, one missing a screen thinking room would cool when I left for dinner. Going downstairs I planned to express my concerns but front desk person was unavailable. Upon returning to hotel from dinner I returned to room. Room was still extremely warm, but I was too tired to deal with it and tried to sleep with fan moved next to bed. Next morning at checkout I expressed my concerns, to which I received “Ok, thanks”. No apology, no concern. Needless to say, but I will not return or recommend the property."
