Since i arrive the first day. The room was not able to habitat. The air conditioner wasnt working good. I have to ask to move me to another room. The faucet were broken a lamp wasnt working. We love the hotel! Really safe, clean, organized, the ambiance is awesome! The staff are very nice, kind and with really good attitude.They explain everything really well. The food is amazing! The pool area really clean, and nice! We would love to come back for our next visit!
