"American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. "

"Amazing! The staff was truly incredible. Sheik, the manager went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The hotel is very authentic and very much a boutique hotel that feels very true to the city. Getting in and out was very easy; there was always someone at the reception 24/7. I would definitely recommend staying here rather than a fancier hotel if you’re looking for a more unique experience in Cartagena. Thank you Alfiz for making my Cartagena trip even better! "

"The staff here is amazing. They really want you to take care of you. You are so confortable that you feel like you are at your own home.
Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. Rooms are super spacious, clean and the place is well kept. Thanks. Keep it up. "

"The building was absolutely beautiful, a historic landmark inside the old city and the room was magnificent. The staff was amazing, from our check in with Jeremy to our poolside dinner and cocktails courtesy of Edwin, to breakfasts with Fabian we loved the staff. We stayed in building 2 which had much bigger rooms. This was one of our all time favorite hotels!!"

"The property was nicely located & decent, but by bad luck had 2 key issues. The new washer actually had an immediate issue (we were the 1st users as it needed replaced) and the hot water heater was out for 2.5 days while they replaced the battery. The worst part was the 3rd party administrator that spent a lot of time trying to convince me we didn't know how to use the items.
