Great option for an overnight stop for our family if five. Having a full size fridge and dishwasher made prep for the next day of travel easy.

The room is spacious. Check in was easy. The bathroom door does not close. We found insects in the rooms & found same insects sticking to our clothes after we left the hotel. The breakfast was so limited without meat option for those who do not eat pork.

Hotel from Hell
We arrived 43 minutes early and were rudely told that we could not check in until the assigned time. Front desk also refused to verify the card on file, claiming it had been removed. The entire hallway that our room was on smelled like marijuana. The noise level was ridiculous, the so called quiet hour was not enforced at all. There were no sheets or bedding of any kind provided for the pullout couch. The shower didn't drain. None of the lamps worked. We will never stay at this location ever again.

Unexpected expectations
Can tell it is aging hotel. Lack of cleanliness in lobby. Rooms were clean. Walls were thin and had another customer complain and bang on our door while checking in saying we were too loud. Pool was nice. Lot of breakfast choices. Couldnt get checked in due to supposed system issue. Counter person left lobby messy and when asked for papertowels to clean tables gave it to me rather than cleaning it. Price to value not great.

Highly recommend!
Well, not sure how it happened, but we had a beautiful suite during our stay at Home2Suites earlier this week. Though we were there less than 12 hours, (checked in after 5pm and left around 4am to travel to Ohio), we thoroughly enjoyed the room. The staff at Home2Suites is always super nice and helpful. They make us feel welcome every time we stay there.

Perfect stay!
From check in to check out, our stay was absolutely lovely! The staff at this hotel really work hard to make sure guests are happy. The hotel was clean and the room was HUGE! Breakfast (continental) was above the norm and displayed with a lot of care. Caitlyn checked us in (and helped us out with a late check out) and Kim made sure we had coffee, etc., during our stay. Home2 Suites is our new home-away-from-home in Cartersville! See you next time!

This was a business trip for my hubby. I did not go. So I have no idea about checkin, cleanliness, etc., and when I ask Bill (hubby), he just says everything was fine. But I've personally seen the location and I'm sure everything was wonderful. Thank you so much.

At least pick up garbage every day!
The room was clean and comfortable. A/C and heater working properly. They do not make the room every day, only after the fourth day, so I spend three days, no cleaning.

Good Breakfast when you're just staying overnight. Housekeeping did not check closets/dressers as clothing was still left in the room. Convenient and I would stay again.

The property was clean. The front desk had some issues with their computers when we checked in. The room had a lot of ladybugs in it. Not sure what that means. Also, the fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, on Saturday morning for no reason. I would stay there again but these issues should be addressed for future guests.
