rooms clean, pool water is usually cold doesn't get alot of sun. have to go outside to gate to unlock before entering. Everyone is very nice & helpful. The Tina cooks the breakfast and gets everything ready. She is amazing and does a wonderful job. Friendly, offering to get you more coffee or food. Always in a good mood. Looked forward every morning seeing her.

Check in was horrible. After a long drive, arriving late due to traffic, no one wants an issue at checkin for a room that already paid for. The front desk clerk was new and made an error that stated I owed $260. I showed her that I already paid the room booked on expedia. It was a lot of back and forth, she needed to call the manager due to her error. The whole ordeal took 20-25 minutes. At 11:30pm its not good. Finally went to the room. The room was fine. Just needed to sleep and then get up early for son's soccer game. In a few days, I need to check that I wasn't charged with the card I gave on file for incidentals.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Every single employee greeted us with a "Good morning", a "Good evening" or "Can I help you with anything?". The property was as clean as any hotel or motel property we stayed in throughout our month long trip.
