"Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans.
Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance.
Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite."

"The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating.
We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim."

A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...
