It’s right behind Fenway so if you’re going to the game it’s the spot to stay! The vibe is so cool! We definitely will be coming back just to stay at the Verb!"

"Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"I really loved my stay at the Commonwealth Hotel. It is clean, friendly, well-staffed and just a pleasure to visit. It’s right next to Fenway Park and close to the MFA and the Gardner museums. The staff members were fantastic! I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Boston."

"The room was very small. There was about 2-3 feet of room to walk around the bed and that was it. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location within an easy walk to Harvard and MIT and even into Boston (2.5 miles or so to Quincy Market for example)."

"Excellent experience with family"

"The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen, so I cannot speak to its benefits. The bed was comfortable, and the room had what was necessary (seating, towels,...

"I loved that there is a Trader Joe’s right next door. Easy access to the city! I hated the $45 a day to park. They get you there because there is no street parking."
