"Perfect location, excellent breakfast but the room really needs to be renovated. The lobby looks new and modern but definitely not the rest. Bed was comfortable but there's no power socket near the bed and everything is very old."

Two problems, indoor pool could only be used by paying spa guests and that information was not clear in the description of the hotel. Also our window was completely blocked by a building that was less than one meter away. No view or natural light."

Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty.
