"Expedia sent me email confirmation that I have a queen bed; I was offered a very tiny room with a single bed and the was basin was in the room itself so you can imagine how tiny the baton was. I should receive a refund, as I feel I was cheated!!"

"Amazing hotel! Got massages enjoyed the spa area, ate dinner and got room service. Was an amazing place to stay! Highly recommend! "

"Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare.
There was a lot to see and do even for off season.
Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations.
My husband and I have no complaints."

"Lovely staff, very old property
Perfectly nice place to stay but it is quite dated. That said, staff was lovely. Breakfast is $$$ but very nice. We ate dinner in bar area as we wanted simpler food and it was fine. If you need a place for a night before leaving for the airport, I recommend. Otherwise, not so much. "
