"15 minute drive from the airport and 7 minute walk to the Metro made it convenient for our purposes, although outside of the city center, so it required a 45 minute Metro ride to get to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was wonderful, full of variety and regional flavors. Decor was pretty and the space seemed to be designed for comfortable business meetings. The beds were made up as twin beds pushed together. The shower was an impractical modern design. Not much of a view outside, but...

"A beautiful hotel but as soon as we entered the hotel had little to no AC. They have a large atrium with glass ceilings. It was a very hot day and either the hotel system could not keep up or was failing. Our room was no different. Stifling hot. We adjusted the temp down but it literally took 10 hours to cool down. We were not alone in talking to other visitors. The hotel offered a different room but same AC problem. Ended up talking to management who disclosed they were having technical...

"We LOVED this hotel. The location was perfect and centrally located to walk around and explore Barcelona. It was safe and clean and the staff were SO friendly. My husband and I loved the pitcher of Sangria we had at their restaurant and also the vegetable paella we had there was the best we ever had! SO good. I highly recommend this hotel."

"First the AC does NOT work, there is currently a heat wave in Europe and the AC doesnt work properly, told the lady at the front desk and she was just like hmmm. The beds are uncomfortable and the room decor looks like a hospital room. This hotel was a complete dissapointment."
