"When we first arrived there were a few things missing from what was advertised. But we asked the front desk and they took care of everything right away. Staff was very professional and kind. We were there for one month. The ad said it had an oven but there was not. So we bought a countertop one at Cash Express (€30) and returned it (€15 back) when we were done. "Fantastic apartment in a great location with 2 small balconies. Located on the first floor. Beds comfortable. A minor point, shower doors need attention but shower good, great to have 2 bathrooms/ bedrooms. Check in is 4pm, on arrival at 3.15 we called the office, to be told it still needed cleaning. We returned at 4pm, cleaner turned up at 4.15pm. We dropped off our bags and were given a key. We returned later to a clean apartment. Better if check in process/time was easier. "
