"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. "This is one of the most beautiful properties in one of the most beautiful little towns off the beaten path we have come across in our extensive travels around Italy. The property is brand new and beautifully designed and decorated with distinctive finishes and furnishings throughout the location is incredible right at the base of the town of Monteleone. The town of Pieve is only a 10 minute drive away both are incredible and worth visiting as is Orvieto. We were most impressed by Front Desk...

"This resort is a gem! We stumbled across it when we needed an overnight stay prior to a next day train ride. If we would have known, we would have spent at least 3 days. The owner and staff are a delight, the atmosphere and grounds and pool area are gorgeous! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing dinner with a Tuscan sunset and great wine! Breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned.
