Violet, the front desk lady was wonderful and helpful with the easy check in, the parking and explaining the map of Salamanca. She added a good taste to the day we spent in Salamanca. "The location and ambiance were impeccable, my only concern, was the air quality of the room, after about 24 hours it is quite noticeable, with my health declining, upon leaving the room the relief is immediate, so I am sure it is not a separate issue. Secondly the other issue was having found a piece of glass in one of the towels while washing my face, thankfully it did not cut me very deep and I noticed it before any serious damage but after that I was on edge with all the towels and sheets....

"The major advantages of the hotel are its proximity to the old city and a spacious free parking. Rooms are quite big, bathrooms are gorgeous (it is not a joke). Everything is pretty clean. However, a hint of some obsolescence is still present."
