"Nice!"

"The A/C was not working in our first room so they put us in a second room. The A/C ALSO was not working in the second room. The front desk staff was not helpful and kept trying to blame us on the issue even though their maintenance staff had come to our room and said there was nothing they could do. Finally after moving three times we found a room with a working A/C. Hotel staff did not apologize or offer any further accommodation. Very disappointing."

"Beautiful property but it’s used for events and parties. Was really noisy with doors banging and people talking loudly in the corridors till past 2. So not great for a good nights rest."

"Close proximity to Dublin airport. great value for what was provided, well stocked gym, spacious room with a fridge! Towels, toiletries provided. Shuttle service to airport very convenient. Had a lovely meal in the onsite restaurant.Our only regret is instant coffee seems to be always provided! In Canada, we have coffee pots the room with pods of coffee that test so much better!"

"Beautiful accommodation and lovely chatty staff, I felt right at home to make myself a tea or coffee in the common area. The shared bathroom was spotless (and only shared with one other suite). Just a walk away from the village and castle grounds. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone."

"Stayed one night prior to returning back to Canada. Stay was excellent. Hotel and room super clean and accommodating. Staff friendly and location was perfect. Dinner in restaurant was delicious. "Overall the hotel was great. Beautiful, modern and clean. My only negative was the size of the room. We knew it would be small (we chose the Warehouse Cosy room) but it was just too tight. That was on us. We should have booked the next largest room. But the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was beautiful, with great views, and the food was very good. We were hoping to check out the bar and the pool but we just ran out of time. The location was good for our sightseeing...

"I cam to Dublin from Canada and stayed at this property for 23 nights while I had family in a nearby hospital. I checked in on the second day the hotel was open, and used it as a temporary base of operations for work, living, and managing my family emergency.
